     Who or what is the Chesterfield Baptist Association?  Simply put, we are a group of 62 like-minded churches serving our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in Chesterfield County, South Carolina.  We are located in a predominantly rural area of the Pee Dee Region along the South Carolina/ North Carolina state line.  Because we are mostly small congregations, we understand the value of partnering together to share the gospel message of God's saving grace and love.  Individually, we faithfully represent Jesus Christ in our local communities.  Collectively, we take the gospel message to many areas in our region, state, country and yes, even the world.  We utilize the many talents and gifts of our church members to meet needs as we tell the amazing story of God's great love for fallen and rebellious mankind.  He deeply and passionately loves every man, woman, boy and girl.  In fact, He loves us so much He was willing to send His one and only Son to this world to pay the penalty for our rebellion.  His Son is Jesus Christ.  By Jesus willingly paying the penalty for our sins, we can now be rescued and restored back into a personal relationship with God, our Creator.
